About the role
Response365 is looking for a RevOps Manager to own the CRM stack, reporting, and lifecycle automation as the company scales past its early-stage setup. You'll be the person who makes sure the pipeline data everyone trusts is actually trustworthy — field hygiene, integration health, and reporting that holds up when leadership asks a hard question in a board meeting.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role reporting directly to the head of revenue, with real influence over how the CRM is built out from here — not inheriting someone else's decade of technical debt.
What you'll do
- Own the CRM data model, automations, and integrations end to end
- Build and maintain the reporting layer sales and leadership actually rely on
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to keep the funnel data clean as the team grows
- Evaluate and implement new tooling as needs outgrow the current stack
What we're looking for
- 2+ years owning a CRM instance in an operations or RevOps capacity
- Comfortable with data modeling, automation logic, and enough SQL to self-serve reporting questions
- Someone who asks "what happens to this data six months from now" before shipping an automation, not after
